K&R’s state and local government section provides legal assistance and consulting to state and local governments as well as to private sector clients. This includes civil litigation, intergovernmental relations, grants review, ordinance preparation, monitoring and technical assistance, land use planning and development. The firm currently serves as legal counsel to the City of Gretna, Florida.
